Crack the Stone wins the Kudos Award

Exciting announcement, friends: Crack the Stone won a Kudos Award at the Carolina Christian Writers Conference.

The Kudos awards are for published books, and include three categories: Articles, Fiction, and Non-fiction.

My little goblin book took First Place for Fiction (which includes all genres—not a bad feat for a book with a green leading lady!)

In other news, Crack the Stone made the “long list” of finalists for the Realm Awards, along with three (3!) other books in the A Classic Retold series: Break the Beast, Steal the Morrow, and Chase the Legend. “Short list” finalists will be announced in May, with winners announced at the July Realm Makers conference in St. Louis. I’ll let you know if anything happens!
